本研究以大高雄壽險業為對象,以組織承諾為中介效果探討主管運用轉換型領導對市場導向的影響,將400份問卷採分層隨機抽樣法發放於壽險業員工,回收後以敍述性統計分析、信效度分析、因素分析、相關分析、階層迴歸分析。研究結果顯示:一、轉換型領導對員工組織承諾有正向之影響。二、員工組織承諾對員工市場導向有正向之影響。三、轉換型領導對員工市場導向有正向之影響。四、主管運用轉換型領導對其市場導向之影響中,組織承諾為部份中介效果。依據研究結果建議壽險業主管充分運用轉換型領導的方式,將有助於提升員工對公司的承諾與市場導向程度,進而提高組織績效獲得持續性的競爭優勢。
