Many studies have shown the relationship between effective training quanlity and sustainable development of universities. However, in Vietnam there is little research on this issue. The purpose of this study is to introduce and use an exploratory factor analysis, linear regression analytical methods to measure training quality of Foreign Trade University, Vietnam. With quality management training as a partial mediating construct, the results show that 4 main factors affecting quality management training as follows: Teaching staffs and Teaching Methods; Facilities; Administrative support; Training goal.
