ERP systems have been adopted and widely implemented in many countries in the world, but in Vietnam it is limited. In the trend of globalization and increasing completion between enterprises, Vietnam enterprises need to raise effectiveness of management and optimize cost.  So that, more and more managers realize the benefits and importance of implementing ERP systems in enterprises.
Some enterprises of Vietnam has applied in ERP systems but the effectiveness of  application is limited. Therefore, the purpose of my study is to find out the difficulties in implementing ERP systems in Vietnam, namely the business organization factors, people factors, technical factors. Since then find the appropriate solutions for successful ERP implementation.
From the preceding studies, the author proposed a appropriated research model. To test the proposed model, the author conduct a  Investigation by collecting survey from members of the enterprises which has been implementing ERP. The last, the author analyzed the survey results using the statistical software SPSS 17.0.
