Currently, in Vietnam the application of information technology management in general and the management of hospitals in particular are some essential issues. Some hospitals have started the application of information technology in the comprehensive management of the hospital. It has proved the effectiveness of the application of information technology in management.
Previously, Vinh Phuc general hospital  and several other hospitals in the country has a number of software applications such as HMIS, Medisosf 2003 but  all of them failed
Currently, Vinh Phuc general hospital  has used YKHOA.NET software of Vetnam Medical Software Development Company Co.,Ltd  3 years,  which has got a lot  positive results
The purpose of the study indicated that of the factors affecting the successful deployment of YKHOA.NET software at the hospital Vinh Phuc province from which to draw experience to deploy this software in all hospitals in the province.
This study will be based on well-known technology acceptance model (TAM) with extension to use for analysis. Data of quantitative surveys, survey data were collected to quantify the staff using YKHOA.NET software in Vinh Phuc general hospital . Using software (SPSS17) for analysis data collected.
The thesis will report the results of a study on factors affecting the success of the application YKHOA.NET software in Vinh Phuc general hospital . In addition, there are some suggestions for the application of information technology in hospitals management in the province.
