The study was designed and implemented in context of academic research at Vietnamese universities, where are very necessary having a revolution to innovate and improve quality, competence training and researching. The results of this research can provide useful information for leaders, managers and policy makers in higher education of Vietnam. This study should be explored more detail and can be implemented with scale greater and link to another field in higher education or other areas of Vietnam and other countries in future studies.
