  本研究旨在探討部落格融入校務資訊系統,對於學校的溝通滿足、工作滿意度與組織氣候之間的影響。為此,本研究以DeLone & McLean〔2003〕資訊系統成功模型為基礎,借重模型中的核心構念:系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質與使用及淨效益等,逐一探討部落格融入校務資訊系統對這些構念所可能產生的影響及探究是否成功運用資訊系統達到組織績效。再者,加入組織氣候探討對於資訊系統帶來的影響。期望藉由部落格在校務資訊系統上的應用,能增進組織教職員彼此間的溝通互動,促進工作滿意度的提升。
  本研究以高苑工商職業學校的教職員為研究對象,採取抽樣方式進行問卷調查,共發出問卷116份,回收111份,有效問卷92份,有效回收率79.31﹪。問卷回收後以SPSS For Window 統計軟體進行統計分析整理。
  研究主要發現:1.部落格融入校務資訊系統之系統品質、服務品質,對於系統使用具有正向影響關係;2.部落格融入校務資訊系統之系統品質,對於教職員的溝通滿足具有正向影響關係;3.部落格融入校務資訊系統的使用狀況,對於教職員溝通滿足具有正向影響關係;4.部落格融入校務資訊系統的使用狀況,對於教職員工作滿意度具有正向影響關係;5.學校的溝通滿足,對於教職員工作滿意度具有正向影響關係;6.學校的組織氣候,對於教職員溝通滿足具有正向影響關係;學校的組織氣候,對於教職員工作滿意度具有正向影響關係。
  本研究結果對未來提出些許參考的方向:後續研究方面,後續研究者可針對教職員與學生同時進行調查或進行質性訪談研究;實務應用方面,部落格校務資訊系統除了可提升教職員工作滿意度外,並能達到彼此間溝通滿足提高向心力。
  This study aimed to explore the effect of blog, which is integrated into the school information system, on communication satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational climate. For this purpose, this study applied the constructs of the information system (IS) success model developed by DeLone & McLean [2003]: system quality, information quality and service quality, to describe the blog integrated into the school information system, and explore their possible impact on the IS success to achieve organizational performance. Furthermore, we also added the construct ‘organizational climate’ to the model, and explored its impact on the blog IS success.
  In the empirical study, the blog IS by Kao Yuan Vocational School was our research target. The questionnaires were delivered to the staff members of Kao Yuan Vocational School, asking their opinion about their own blog IS. A total of 116 questionnaires were returned from, in which 92 were valid questionnaires, resulting in an effective rate of 79.31%. Data were analyzed by SPSS for Window.
  The main findings includes: (1) The effects of system quality and service quality of blog school information system on the system uses were positive and significant. (2) The effect of system quality of blog school information system on the communication satisfaction was positive and significant. (3) Organizational climate had positive and significant effects on communication satisfaction and job satisfaction. (4) System uses had positive and significant effects on communication satisfaction and job satisfaction. (5) Communication satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
    This study concluded that the constructs of the information system (IS) success model, together with organizational climate, explained the variances of the use of the blog IS and communication satisfaction quite well, and thus can be seen as the important factors to determine the success of blog IS.
