本研究目的旨在發展心理計量品質良好的幼兒教師工作表現的情境判斷評量工
具,並探討影響情境判斷評量幼兒教師工作表現相關背景變項。其發展過程先透過主
題專家研擬情境判斷評量題目與計分標準。研究樣本包含第一次預試的幼兒教師300
名,施以測驗並建構量表的信效度;正式量表完成後,抽取650 名台南地區、高雄地
區幼兒教師構成本研究正式分析樣本。透過驗證性因素分析釐清情境判斷評量內涵包
含「角色內」、「角色外」工作行為表現二個因素。背景變項影響因素部份,透過平
均數差異考驗,研究發現服務年資、師資培育情形和薪資對於情境判斷評量得分有顯
著影響。根據研究發現,研究者建議幼兒園宜提供更多的激勵措施,塑造主動積極的
組織文化,鼓勵幼兒教師展現角色外工作表現。

The purpose of this research was to develop a good-quality pshchometic measurement, the situation judgment inventory with preschool teachers’ performance, and to discuss the effecting variables on the related background between preschool teachers performance and the situation judgment inventory. First, through the mode that an expert who was in some theme inspected and framed these questions of the situation judgment and the standard of grading, the developing processes involved implementing and constructing reliability and validity of the measurement whose sample on this research amounts 300 preschool teachers from the first excuting preliminary. After completing the formal measurement, to extract 650 preschool teachers from Tainan and Kaohsiung was to construct the formal analysis sample of the research. Second, by Confirmatory Factor Analysis, it also needed to be clarified on the both of factors, “in-role” and “extra-role” of Job Characteristics Performance from the content of the Situation Judgment Inventory. Third, through Differentiation Validation on the means, we knew, in the research, , there were dominant effects among seniority of employee, teacher training circumstances and salary toward the Situation Judgment Inventory. Based on the research, the researcher suggested that the kindergartens should not only provide more incentive activities, but also create the proactive Corporate Culture, and even more encourage preschool teachers to display their “extra-role” performance.
