南山人壽於2004年至2009年連續六年榮獲現代保險金融理財雜誌票選三冠王,同時也獲得2008、2009年「知名度最高」保險公司。秉持「誠信第一、服務至上」之宗旨,是最專業、經營績效與財務最佳、公司業務人員形象最好的保險公司。本研究於民國99年1-3月以分層抽樣方法將問卷發放於南山人壽大高雄地區7個通訊處之壽險業務行政部門員工,有效樣本數380份。回收問卷後運用統計工具SPSS12.0版進行分析,來驗證以組織承諾為中介效果探討轉換型領導對員工滿意度之影響。得到以下結果:一、轉換型領導對員工組織承諾有正向之影響。二、員工組織承諾對員工工作滿意度有正向之影響。三、轉換型領導對員工工作滿意度有正向之影響。四、組織承諾為中介效果時,轉換型領導對員工工作滿意度有正向之影響。本研究透過實證來瞭解南山人壽業者運用轉換型領導對員工工作滿意度的影響,並在組織承諾為中介變數下,達到預期之效果。員工工作滿意度對壽險產業是非常重要的,因為有高度滿意的員工才會盡心盡力為公司付出並且獲得高度績效,企業也才能在日益競爭的社會繼續成長茁壯。
