本研究目的在探討女性性工作者之安全行為及其可能之相關影響因素,本研究採立意取樣,以高雄地區女性性工作者為研究對象;並以一般女性為對照組,選自一般家庭主婦。研究者以結構式問卷,共同調查42位女性性工作者與42位一般女性進行問卷訪查,所得有效問卷資料以描述統計、t考驗、卡方檢定及皮爾遜積差相關等方法進行資料分析。
          所得結果如下:
          (1)性工作者的性經驗中,特別是第一次發生性行為的年齡,比一般女性低,有顯著差異。
          (2)性工作者與親密伴侶發生性行為的互動頻率比一般女性少。
          (3)性工作者和一般女性在性活動中溝通行為中都呈現低的自主性。
          (4)性工作者的醫療態度顯著高於一般女性,性工作者的性愛態度顯著低於一般女性。
          (5)性工作者的性病感染率很高,的確是性傳染病的高危險群。
          (6)性工作者的服用藥物與吸煙比率很高,值得列入考慮對安全行為的影響。
          (7)性工作者和一般女性的性態度與安全性行為有顯著正相關。
          (8)性工作者和一般女性的性態度與性知識有顯著正相關。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the safe behavior and its related factors of sex workers. The related factors include demographic variables, experiences, sex knowledge and attitude, and safe behavior relationships. Case-control study and purposive sampling were
          being used. Target subjects were chosen from female sex prostitutions and ordinary housewives in Kaohsiung. 42 female sex prostitutions and 103 housewives were voluntarily interviewed in this study.
          Data analysis included descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation.
          The study concluded following findings:
          (1)The sex experiences of prostitutes, especially in the age of first intercourse, was significantly lower than ordinary wives’ sex experiences.
          (2)The interactive frequency of sexual activity of prostitutes was lower than ordinary wives’.
          (3)A low autonomy in safe and communicative behavior was found both in prostitutes and ordinary housewives.
          (4)The attitude of medical treatment of prostitutes was significantly higher than ordinary housewives’, but the sex attitude of prostitutes was significantly lower than ordinary housewives’.
          (5)The ratio of infecting sexual disease of sex workers is extremely high, and is the highly dangerous group of sexual contagious disease.
          (6)The ratio of medicine-taking and smoking of sex workers is significantly high, and worthy of taking consider of the influences of safe behaviors.
          (7)The sex attitude and safe sex behavior was positive significantly relationship was found in prostitutes and ordinary housewives.
          (8)The sex attitude and safe knowledge was positive significantly relationship was found in prostitutes and ordinary housewives.
