Title: 歷史空間再利用室內環境熱舒適及健康性探討-以橋頭仕隆國小學生藝文空間為例

Abstract: 閒置空間或舊建築再利用與活化是近幾年中央及地方政府和民間許多文史團體、社區共同關心的話題。空間再利用的同時,也期盼所形成的新環境能提供人們更佳的活動場所。此場所的活動空間是舒適的,健康的,人們願意親近的。為了使活化再利用過程中不致形成再閒置荒廢的情況,對於此閒置空間事先的規劃和活用環境的調查即十分重要。
仕隆國小舊校舍因為年久失修,校方有意拆除。所幸經由許多關心人士的努力,於2008年由橋仔頭文史協會認養,計畫給予活化再利用,並將周圍空間重新整理規劃,形塑社區居民及孩童願意親近的公共空間。
本研究主要歸納以下結論:
1.對於歷史空間的活化,必須鼓勵並結合熱心的文史團體、社區居民、志工及
學校師生參與,而不是僅由公部門單方面規劃作業。
2.假設時間允許,須慎選歷史建物的施工時段。南部地區夏天氣溫高,雨量亦
較其他季節多,不利於木製歷史建物的修復作業,建議儘量避免多雨的夏季
施工。
3.修復所使用的材料若能以再生利用為主,不僅節省費用,施工時新材料容易
產生的甲醛及TVOC等不良化學物質和汙染物的現象亦可大為減少。
4.若必須使用新材料,在不影響修復作業且存放安全的情況下,建議將材料於
空曠處存放一段時間(存放時間依修復狀況而定)。盡量將不良的化學物質及
揮發性有機化合物在大氣中逸散,則施工進行中以及完工後所產生的不良汙
染物可以降到最低。
5.在條件允許下,修復空間盡量給予開闊方式作業,方便材料存放,機具進
出。
6.修復材料的特性對於室內空氣品質有重大影響,選用合適的綠建材是修復歷
史空間必須注意的重要事項之一。
7.現場環境的整潔對於室內空氣品質的提升有助益。
There are many groups to care for the reuse of unused space. Such as the government departments, the NPO groups and the communities. They hope it will revalue the unused space and supply the good activity space for community people.
It is important to check the environment carefully when reuse the unused space. We can investigate the environment and the unused space to get the data for the people to refer to, and to plan a better activation.
This article is studying the reuse of old dormitory of Chiaotou Shinhlong Elementary School by the method of data and field research, and the unused space will be measured with instruments for reference. A good thermal comfort and health conditions is helpful for whole environment. This study hopes to get a better environment condition of old dormitory at Chiaotou Shinhlong Elementary School and around with careful measurement and investigation.
The results of this study can be summed up as follows:
1.The government must to unite the groups who care for the
unused space to get better renovation when handling the
reuse of unused space.
2.It is better to use the recycled content materials to
mend the unused space for save money and have a good
reconstructive condition.
3.It is better to stock the new mend materials outdoors
for a long time to volatilize the bad chemical
compositions inside. The stocking time is according to
the mend schedule.
4.It is important to use the sustainable material and
recycled content products to mend the unused space for
get good indoor environmental quality.
5.To keep indoors clean is good for interior environmental
quality.
