Abstract: 摘要

本研究旨在探討幼兒教師的內團體偏私以及內團體偏私對於實用智能影響工作表現之干擾。研究者以高高屏地區合格立案幼托機構的幼兒教師為研究對象,實際抽樣387人,以「幼兒教師情境判斷評量問卷」、「幼兒教師工作表現評量表」及「幼兒教師內團體偏私測驗」蒐集實證資料,利用描述性統計、相依樣本變異數分析、多變量變異數分析、集群分析、結構方程模式等統計方式進行資料處理,獲致以下的結論:
一、 幼兒教師內團體偏私不同層面有不同差異
二、 不同背景的幼兒教師內團體偏私有差異
三、 不同內團體偏私型態幼兒教師的實用智能有差異
四、 不同內團體偏私型態幼兒教師的工作表現有差異
五、 幼兒教師內團體偏私型態對實用智能影響工作表現有干擾效果
最後根據以上研究結論,提出以下具體可供幼兒教師及幼兒園所進行檢討之建議,並反省本研究之限制,提出未來同性質研究的建議方向。

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the in-group favoritism and how it affects the job performance of preschool teachers on practical intelligence. The reserch targeted on the government-authorized nursery school teachers located in the area of Kaohsiung Ping-tong area and sampled 387 teachers. The questionnairs of ‘scenario evaluation on preschool’s teachers’, ‘job performance assessment on preschool’s teachers’, and ‘in-group gavoritism test on preschool’s teachers’ were used to gather data required. The conclusions from these questionnairs analyized via statistic processes of ""Descriptive statistics"", ""Pair-Sample analysis of Variance"", ""MANOVA"", ""Cluster Analysis"" and ""SEM"" are the followings:

1. Preschool teachers have diverse degrees of in-group favoritism in different aspects.
2. Preschool teachers from various backgrounds have varied in-group favoritisms.
3. Preschool teachers with different in-group favoritisms have dissimilar practical intelligence.
4. Preschool teachers with different in-group favoritisms have diversity of work performance.
5. The in-group favoritism of preschool teachers affects the representation on the practical intelligence in work performance.

According to the conclusions, specified recommendations are provided for preschool nurseries and teachers and limitations and suggestions of this research were reflected for further study on this topic.
