Title: 以學前教師觀點探究與外籍配偶家長親師溝通之經驗

Abstract:   本研究目的藉由學前教師個人觀點與自身的經驗,了解學前教師與外籍配偶家長之親師溝通實際狀況,並探究在此過程中之影響因素。為達此目的,本研究採用實地觀察與半結構訪談高雄市一所評鑑教保甲等之五位教學經驗豐富之學前教師。綜合研究結果歸納出五點結論如下:
一、學前教師在實際與外籍配偶家長接觸前的認知均存有較多的負面刻板印象。
二、多元文化素養對學前教師可以產生正面的影響。
三、多元的溝通管道有助於提高與外籍配偶家長的溝通效能。
四、學前教師應該提供更多協助以因應外籍配偶家長之需求。
五、學前教師認為認知差異,語言隔閡,教師溝通能力及外籍配偶家長態度為影響親師溝通的原因。
  The purpose of this study is to use the personal perspectives and experiences of the preschool teachers with those parents who are foreign spouses to understand the real conditions of communication among preschool teachers and those parents who are foreign spouses, as well as evaluate the influential factors during this process. To achieve this purpose, this study used on-site observations and semi-structured interviews with five well-experienced senior preschool teachers at an level A preschool which evaluation was formed by the Evaluation Council of Kaohsiung city, Taiwan. The study showed conclusions are summarized as following:
1.Before these preschool teachers has real contact with those parents who are foreign spouses, they have more negative stereotypes toward those parent.
2.Multicultural experiences may have positive effects on preschool teachers toward those parents who are foreign spouses.
3.The strategies of enhance communication opportunities with those parents who are foreign spouses has found to be beneficial.
4.Preschool teachers should adjust their roles to accommodate the needs of those parents who are foreign spouses.
5.Preschool teachers believed that the reasons which affect parent-teacher communicatiosn are cognitive differences, language barriers, communication abilities of teachers, and attitudes of those parents who are foreign spouses.
