Abstract: This research presents the result of a systematic evaluation that investigates user acceptance using electronic testing system (eTest) in the context of information-finding activity; the relative information system with demand for computer examinations has an important role for vocational training development and management in Vietnam. At Ha Nam Vocational College (HNVC), using electronic test system interacts with LAN, Intranet, and Internet to give students testing for their exam is a wide variety of disciplines. In this research purpose is to examine the User Acceptance of using eTest in training at a Vocational College. This study adopts the definition of user’s perceive and intention as the psychological state of the importance and personal relevance that users involve to a given system. Twelve hypotheses were proposed, and ten were supported by the data from a laboratory experiment. In both a short-tested factors demand framework and a production function framework of development variables related to Technology Acceptant Model (TAM), we find evidence for complimentarily. The finding of user acceptance in eTest application has been implemented in HNVC, but researcher believe that eTest supporting tool instead of traditional paper exams have to play a more active and empowerment role in enhancing the information technology division role in this schooled management board. This study will also give a good referential idea for institutions or business terms should concentrate on their core tasks of high quality of evaluation system development and suggestions for future researches.
