|Abstract: ||Provision of public services is one of the basic functions assigned to the state administration responsible. During development of the public administration, public services are expanding in many different areas, with quality requirements are higher. Administrative services of "one electronic gate" in the province of Bac Giang city in recent years has made important progress through a comprehensive administrative reform on 4 areas: institutional, organizational structure, civil servant and public finance. To meet the requirements of socio-economic development in the period of rapid development as now, administrative services, "an electronic store" just in time rather than changes in volume qualitative. Performance of administrative services is not high. The limitations of administrative services of “one electronic gate” have little to no impact on the development situation of socio-economic areas.
The main goals of this study aims to research the factors affecting the satisfaction of people using "one electronic gate" in Bacgiang city, Vietnam. Based on IS Success Model, this study examine the relationship between System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Convenience and User Satifsaction factors each others. In order to examine proposed research model, the author conducted a survey by delivering and sending email questionnaires to 186 users who used “one electronic gate” in Bacgiang city. The results indicated 4 factors Information quality, System quality, Services quality and Convenience has positively related to User Satisfaction of “one electronic gate” service in Bacgiang city.
