The purpose of the subject is the study of the level of satisfaction of the staff at the University of Economics and Business - VNU Hanoi. From there find out the factors
affecting the level of satisfaction of employees. Topical use quantitative methods to analysis and identify the factors that influence it.The data in this study is taken from the questionnaire and sent for employees working at the University of Economics and Business - VNU Hanoi.
From the theory of levels of previous job satisfaction and the study of the practices of the researchers in the issue scale the level of job satisfaction scale was constructed with 5 degree. Reliability of scale is calibrated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and the analysis of factors.
Regression models were also built with the original dependent variable is the level of job satisfaction of staff and independent variables include 5 variables.
At the same time also the deep analysis of ANOVA to examine the factors about personal characteristics such as gender, work experience, income, ….. Thereby, giving the solution to improve the level of staff satisfaction.
