The purpose of the research is to study job satisfaction of the staff and workers in Hanoi May 19 Textile Company of Ministry of Public Security. From these basis to find out the factors affecting satisfaction level of employees. Topics using quantitative methods to analyze and identify the said influencing factors. Research data obtained from questionnaires completed by the workers working at the Hanoi May 19 Textile Company of Ministry of Public Security
From the theory of the previous job satisfaction and empirical studies, the job satisfaction was constructed with five-level scale. The reliability of the scale was verified by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient and other factor analysis. Regression model was built with the original dependent variable is the level of job satisfaction of staff members and independent variables including 05 variables. Also ANOVA were deeply analyzed to examine the factors of personal characteristics such as gender, work experience, income ... Thereby, offering solutions to improve the satisfaction levels of staff at the Company. Subject: Measurement of factors affecting job satisfaction of workers in Hanoi May 19 Textile Company.
