Abstract: 摘要
本研究主要目的在了解幼兒園教師幸福感與教學效能之現況;其次,分析不同背景變項的幼兒園教師在幸福感與教學效能上的差異情形;並探討幼兒園教師幸福感與教學效能之間的關係。
本研究以量化方式,採問卷調查法,以高雄市幼兒園795位教師為研究對象,研究工具為「基本資料」、「教師幸福感量表」、「教師教學效能量表」,調查所得資料以描述統計、單因子變異數分析、積差相關與結構方程模式分析等方法來進行統計分析。
本研究主要發現如下:
一、幼兒園教師的快樂情緒得分最高,幸福記憶得分最低。
二、幼兒園教師的教學效能得分在中上程度。
三、幼兒園教師幸福感因不同年齡、婚姻狀況、擔任職務、學校規模有顯著差異,其教育程度、服務年資之背景變項無顯著差異。
四、幼兒園教師教學效能因不同年齡、服務年資、婚姻狀況、擔任職務、學校規模有顯著差異,其教育程度之背景變項無顯著差異。
五、幼兒園教師的幸福感與教學效能各構面相關都達顯著水準。
六、幼兒園教師的幸福感與教學效能有顯著正向關聯。
根據本研究之發現,分別針對幼兒園教師、學校行政單位、未來學術研究提出建議。
ABSTRACT
The main purpose of this study is to understand the current status of Kindergarten teachers' sense of happiness and teaching Effectiveness. Secondly,analyzing the different background variables of kindergarten teachers,differences in sense of happiness and teaching Effectiveness. And discussing the relationship between kindergarten teachers' sense of happiness and teacnlng Effectiveness..
In this study, we invited 795 kindergarten teachers of Kaohsiung city are our objects of the study, and using quantitative methods, a questionnaire survey to finish it. Research tools are; basic information about the teachers, the teachers' sense of happiness measurement tables, and the teachers' teaching Effectiveness. tables. The survey date by using Descriptive statistics,One-way ANOVA (one way analysis of variance), Pearson product-moment correlation and analysis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) to approach statistical analysis.
In this study, the major findings were the following:
1.The kindergarten teachers got the highest score on happy mood, and got the lowest score on happy memories.
2.The kindergarten teachers' teaching Effectiveness. got score on edian-upper level.
3.Depending on different age, marital status, positions and scale of schools, there were significant difference for the kindergarten teachers' sense of happiness. But for their background variables of educational level and years of service, there were no significant difference.
4.Depending on different age, years of service, marital status, positions and scale of schools, there were significant dilference for the kindergarten teachers' teaching efficiency. But for their background variables of educational level, there was no significant difference.
5.The kindergarten teachers' sense of happiness and teaching Effectiveness.were dimension up to significant level.
6.The kindergarten teachers' sense of happiness and teaching Effectiveness.had a significant and positive relationship.
According to the findings of the study, we will respectively give advice to kindergarten teachers, school administrative units, and future academic
research to recommend it.
