Title: 特殊教育教師希望與工作壓力之相關研究

Abstract: 本研究主要目的在了解特殊教育教師的希望信念與工作壓力的現況,其次,比較不同背景變項的特殊教育教師在希望信念與工作壓力的差異情形;並探討特殊教育教師的希望信念與工作壓力之間的關係。
本研究以量化方式,採問卷調查法,以高雄市及屏東縣384名特殊教育教師為研究對象,研究工具為「基本資料」、「特教教師職場希望信念量表」、「特教教師工作壓力量表」,調查所得資料以描述統計、單因子變異數分析、積差相關與結構方程模式分析等方法來進行統計分析。

本研究主要發現如下:
一、特殊教育教師路徑思考信念得分高於激勵思考信念。
二、特殊教育教師工作特性壓力得分高於工作環境壓力。
三、不同年齡、性別的特殊教育教師希望信念有差異。
四、不同年齡、特教年資、班級類型、職務、有無在職進修的特殊教育教師工作壓力有差異。
五、特殊教育教師希望信念與工作壓力有顯著潛在關聯。
根據本研究之發現,分別針對特殊教育教師、未來學術研究提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to explore the special education teachers’ hope and job stress, and to identify different perceptions by analyzing various background variables, to discuss the relationship between teacher’ hope and job stress.
Questionnaire survey has been utilized as the research method, and investigative research of 384 special education teachers who worked in Kaohsiung City, Pingtung City and Pingtung County. The researcher has conducted a survey with “Personal information”, “Special education teachers’ hope questionnaire” and “Special education teachers’ job stress questionnaire”, as well as statistical analysis tools including descriptive analysis, one-way analysis of variance, product-moment correlation and structural equation modeling (SEM).
The result of study:
1. Special education teachers’ thinking belief scores on “pathway thinking” were higher than scores on “agent thinking”.
2.Special education teachers’ job stress scores on “Job Characteristics” were higher than scores on “Job environment”.
Special education teachers in different sex, age were significantly different in hope.
4.Special education teachers in different age, teaching years, Class type, position, and in-service education were significantly different in job stress.
5. There is a potential relationship between special education teachers’ hope and job stress.
The suggestions of the findings were made for special education teachers , scholastic researchers.
