Title: 國小高年級學生感恩線上介入方案的實施成效

Abstract: 本研究以正向心理學情緒擴展建構理論為基礎,主要研究目的在於探討感恩線上介入方案對國小高年級學生感恩與心理幸福感之影響效果。研究者採準實驗設計法,立意抽樣高雄市某國民小學六年級兩班,隨機分派一班為實驗組,另一班為控制組,二班共計43人。實驗組實施感恩線上介入方案,共計五週,控制組則未接受任何感恩線上介入方案。
本研究以「感恩量表」與「心理幸福感量表」為評量工具,進行兩組前測、後測、延宕後測之測量資料收集。蒐集所得實證資料,採用共變數分析、相依樣本t考驗,以及部份最小平方法進行統計分析。統計分析得到以下研究結果:
一、感恩線上介入方案顯著提升國小學生之感恩。
二、感恩線上介入方案顯著提升國小學生之心理幸福感。
三、國小學生感恩對心理幸福感有顯著提升效果。
四、實驗組國小高年級學生對「感恩線上介入方案」課程設計感到滿意。
根據以上研究發現,研究者針對教育實務、學術研究以及未來研究提出相關建議。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Gratitude and Psychological Well-Being implementation on Gratitude Internet Intervention Program for Higher Grade Elementary School Students. The researchers adopted Quasi-Experimental Design method, a purposive sample of Elementary School six grade Students in Kaohsiung City. Two classes were randomly assigned to “Experimental Group” and “Control Group” subjects, a total of 43. A five-week pilot program of Gratitude Internet Intervention Program was assigned to experimental Group. The control group did not receive any program of this experiment.
The research programmed “Gratitude Scale” and “Psychological Well-Being Scale” as assessment tool. Three sets of “Pre-Test”, “Post-Test” and “Delayed Post-Test” were designed to collect the research data. According to the collected data to carried out statistical analysis by ANCOVA, Depended Samples t Test and Parts of Least Square Method. Preliminary findings of this study were as bellows:
1. Gratitude Internet Intervention Program obviously helps elementary school children’s gratitude sense.
2. Gratitude Internet Intervention Program manifestly beneficial for elementary school children’s Psychological Well-Being.
3. A sense of elementary school children’s gratitude obviously increased the Psychological Well-Being.
4. The program designed of Gratitude Inter Intervention Program was satisfied with the experimental group of higher grade elementary school children.
According to the above research findings, the researcher issued the recommended for Education Practice, Academic Research and future Investigation Relation .
