Title: 學校組織氣氛與教師性教育進修需求之相關研究──以高雄市國小為例

Abstract: 本研究之目的在探討學校組織氣氛與高雄市國小教師性教育進修需求之關係,選取高雄市三十八個行政區之國小教師為研究對象,採分層隨機抽樣,進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷為509份,經過資料分析,獲得以下研究結論:
一、高雄市國小教師知覺學校組織氣氛現況以「開放型」比例最高。
二、高雄市約有七成五的國小教師,對於性教育進修是有意願的;性教育進修的
時間安排,以週三下午的需求度最高;性教育進修形式以「專題演講」最受
歡迎;進修內容需求比例最高的主題是「溝通」和「教育子女」。
三、教師所知覺的學校組織氣氛,會因教師年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資、擔任職
務與學校規模而有顯著差異。
四、學校組織氣氛與教師性教育進修需求之間具顯著正相關。
五、學校組織氣氛對國小教師性教育進修需求有顯著的預測力。
The purpose of this study is to discover the relationship between school organizational ambience and demands of advanced education in sex for Kaohsiung elementary teachers. In order to fulfill this study, elementary school teachers from Kaohsiung 38 administrative districts were selected. Stratified and randomly selected sampling was conducted by a questionnaires survey. 509 valid questionnaires were collected. Through data analysis,conclusions are listed as follows:

1、High percentage of school teachers preferred "option" toward the school organizational ambience.
2、75% of Kaohsiung elementary school teachers are willing to take education in sex.Wednesday afternoon is the most popular schedule during the week. The most desirable format of sexual education is "lectures". Besides, highly demands for the subjects of advanced study are "communications" and "children education".
3、Research revealed that teachers' perception of school organizational ambience will have significant difference due to teachers' age, marital status, service seniority, their job positions and the size of the school.
4、School organizational ambience and needs for school teachers' learning of sexual education have significantly positive correlation.
5、Through the school organizational ambience, we can easily predict the actual desires for advanced sexual study of teachers.
