|Abstract: ||Banking system of Vietnam has developed quickly in recently and it is accompanied by the shortages in qualification labors. How to maintain and enhance employee loyalty is a real challenge to the leaders in any organization. It is commmonly argued that there are links between employee loyalty, profitability and competitive ability. Therefore, it is imporrtant to determine and manage the factors that affect on employee loyalty.|
The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence employee loyalty at Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). The study is to develop and applie a model of employee loyalty, which explains the influent level of each factor to employee loyalty.
The model utilized the conceptual model by Martensen and Grønholdt, the reserach reports the emperical result from a study among 250 employees in the ofices in Ho Chi Minh city. To estimate the model, the linear regression method has been used by enterring data into SPSS software, the reability of the model has been tested bydifferent analysys tools.
The regression result states that the relationship between colleagues ffects to employee loyalty most profounly, next is salary and benefit . Beside that, working enviroment, occupation career and job characterictics also imopact on affects to employee loyalty sighnificantly.
