Abstract: In Vietnam, the lighting service plays a very important role in social development and makes a considerable contribution to accelerate industrialization and modernization. With the country development, it exists many major changes in management phase such as human resource management. So, the employee is importantly considered extremely, namely the employee’s job satisfaction. Now it is more meaningful than ever for the company to change and improve the human management.
The topic uses the quantitative research method to determine the relationship employee’s satisfaction and three specifically influential factors consisting of job training, job allocation and promotion system in Ho Chi Minh City Public Lighting Company Limited. Actually there are many factors impacting on the employee’s job satisfaction, but the research has just indicated three above mentioned factor. In the
study, the data is collected by the questionnaire sent to the 200 employees randomly who are working in Ho Chi Minh City Public Lighting Company Limited.
From the job satisfaction’s theory and researcher’s practical research in this issue, the scale of job satisfaction’s influential elements has been built by five Likert Scaling. The scale credibility is calibrated by factor analysis. After it audits the reliability of scale, linear regression model is constructed by dependent variable as job satisfaction and independent variables including job training, job allocation and promotion system. Regression analysis results indicate that all of three factors have affected the employee’s job satisfaction in Ho Chi Minh City Public Lighting Company Limited which is the statistics meaning.
The results of this paper are expected to be the efficiently realistic material for all the Vietnamese companies to comprehend the major factors influencing the employee’s job satisfaction.
