Abstract: Logistics companies have boomed during the past few years. There are more than 800 companies in Vietnam, and they remain modest in terms of capital, technology and manpower. Schenker – Gemadept Logistics Vietnam Company Limited is no exception. The purpose of this research is to find out elements affecting the competitiveness of Vietnamese logistics companies and to give some implications so as to improve the competitiveness of Schenker – Gemadept Logistics Vietnam Company Limited in order to increase market share of this company through factor analysis and regression. The results show that Promotion, Price, Place, and Product affecting the market share of Schenker – Gemadept Logistics Vietnam Company Limited.
