Abstract: 本論文以射頻電路及無線收發晶片作為研究主軸,探討的內容涵蓋射頻電路的設計與實現,以及射頻收發晶片的控制與應用.
論文的第一部份為2.4GHz低雜訊放大器,單極天線的設計與實現.電路製作使用SMD元件與FR4電路板實現.另外,也針對天線的反射損耗與輻射場型深入探討,並比較射頻晶片模組內建之單極天線與本論文提出之單極天線之間的差異性.
第二部份為應用MCS-51晶片控制射頻收發晶片,設計一套具雙向傳輸之無線考試系統.它包含三端雙向通訊系統與一個電腦介面軟體.本系統電路主體使用FR-4 PCB為基板,以組合語言撰寫所有韌體程式.
This thesis subjects on the reserch of RF circuits and wireless transceiver chip. The experimental realization covers the design of RF circuits and the control and application of the RF transceiver chip.
The first part of the thesis is RF circuit design and implementation, covering a 2.4GHz low noise amplifier and a dual-band monopole antenna. The circuits are accomplished using SMD components and FR4 printed circuit board. In addition, the return loss and the radiation pattern are investigated and compared between the monopole antenna in RF chip module and the proposed dual-band monopole antenna.
The second part of the thesis is the application of RF transceiver chip controlling by MCS-51 microprocessor. A multi-user duplex wireless communication system is designed for the learning assessment in academy. The three-terminated wireless system contains an USB connected wireless component, a wireless mainframe machine, a number of wireless user terminals and a user-interface software. All the circuits of the system also apply FR-4 PCB as the substrate, and all the firmware code is written in assembly language.
