|Abstract: ||In November 2006, Vietnam officially became the 150th member of the World Trade Organization (WTO). Integrating Vietnam into this international economy is a welcome move, enabling it to move a powerful stream of capital, goods and labor on a large scale, throughout the world. Labor migration plays an increasingly important role in the development of each country in general and in particular, in local areas. Labor is especially important in a commodity market of human resources for each country. Exporting labor is a special economic form bringing enormous economic benefits developing economies such as Vietnam. Exporting labor export contributes to improving the quality of life of workers, increasing employment opportunities and reducing unemployment, and brings foreign currency into the country for the progress of science and technology.
In determining the role of labor export in the social and economic life of the country, the State of Vietnam has many policies and measures to promote labor export activities. In recent years labor export has brought economic benefits for both society and workers, of about 1.6 to 2.0 billion U.S dollars (USD).
However, labor export activities over the years have encountered many obstacles; inadequate State policies, skills not meeting demands, problems with behavioral habits, limited foreign language skills and cultural communication. In particular, there is not timely information on the labor market information. All these factors have limited the export of labor compared to other countries in the region, leading to weak competition in this important market.
These problems present an ideal topic for research, “Solutions to improve the market competitiveness of exporting skilled labor from Vietnam”
Hoping after several years of research and monitoring has found itself the limitations and, by means of qualitative research studies through the press materials, analytical reviews of the managers, the professionals with many years working in the field of exporting labor. Suggest some remedy how to improve a step on the export of Labor in the export of Labor is highly competitive compared to other countries in the region.
