Abstract: This research is aimed to find out what are the factors that have an effect on the user’s satisfaction toward library management systems based on LIBOL at Hanoi University of Agriculture in Vietnam and the measurement of various groups of customers’ attitude towards satisfaction of LIBOL and its related factors. After researching various literatures and conducting questionnaires with a sample size of 220 respondents, we have validated hypotheses which are:
- The LIBOL system quality has a positive effect to User’s satisfaction.
- The LIBOL information quality has a positive effect to User’s satisfaction.
- The LIBOL service quality has a positive effect to User’s satisfaction.
Through this research, we can see that those factors have significantly positive impact on the implementation of library management system LIBOL of universities in Vietnam under the existing condition and circumstances to contribute to improving the satisfaction of library management system users
We see that in Hanoi University of Agriculture, female evaluate system quality, information quality, system service quality and user’s satisfaction of LIBOL better than male. The more experience of using LIBOL, the better in evaluating system quality, information quality, system service quality and user’s satisfaction.
