Abstract: Electronic Company (E-Company) is a concept not new and has dozens of popular this year in developed countries. E-Company is an ideal, comprehensive looks at how to invest and apply information technology in business. Businesses use the system applications such as ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning), SCM (Supply Chain Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management). For companies, SCM has the role to a very large, by resolution of the SCM outputs and inputs of the business effectively. With change of raw materials or inputs to optimize the flow transfer materials, goods and services that SCM can help save costs, increase competitiveness for businesses. There are many companies already reap great success thanks to the draft strategy and SCM solutions appropriate, conversely, many companies have problems and failures due to decision making mistakes like choosing the wrong resource level materials, choose the wrong warehouse position, calculate the reserve is not suitable, organize transportation problems, overlap ...In addition, SCM also supports effectively for marketing, especially marketing mixture (4P: Product, Price, Promotion, Place). SCM is main role key in bringing the product to the right place to the right and appropriate time. Objective largest SCM is to provide products / services to customers with smallest cost. In this article, we will discuss for how the Internet is being used in managing the major components of supply chains including transportation, purchasing, inventory management, customer service, production scheduling, and inventory management. And we also describe to what extent and how the Internet is being applied in Vietnamese trading companies
