Abstract: | Human resource management (HRM) function includes many activities, and important among them is deciding what staffing needs you have and whether to use officers and employees on these needs, recruiting and training staff and employees on the best information technology, ensuring they are high performers, dealing with performance problems, and ensuring your personnel and management practices consistent with different rules
This research is on successful factors of human resources management in the Department of Information and Communications of Haiphong city, Vietnam. The study evaluated the relationship between human resource management and performance has been generated by the high commitment or high participation models. It is proposed that future work should abandon the dominant approach of testing a single null hypothesis testing, and instead of competing models of HRM performance relationship.
