Abstract: Recently, the relative information system with demand for labor-employment has an important role for labor-force management in Vietnam. Advances in information technology (IT) and management of information system (MIS) are among the most powerful forces bearing on the economy. Employers and employees who use IT in working and MIS in managing on works often make complementary innovations in their organizations and effective in the services they offer. The hypothesis is that these successful factors by IT/MIS users for labor-employment controlling change the mix of skills that employers demand. Specifically, we test the hypothesis that it is a success of management support, information quality, and system quality affect to labor and employment information system (LEIS) in the labor-employment management field. We examine some different data linking several indicators of LEIS use, workplace organization, and the demand for labor-force. In both a short-tested factors demand framework and a production function framework of development variables on Delone and McLean IS Success Model, we find evidence for complimentarily. LEIS use is complementary to labor affairs and organizations which include broader job responsibilities for line workers, more decentralized decision-making and more specific-managing firms in labor-employment management.
