Abstract: With the integrating of the industry of telecommunication, the working staff is the most precious source and important factor to gain victory in competition Being aware of the role & the position of the human resources in the economy, the working staff in the postal service in general and Nghia Hung post office partiular have had the basic changes in the innovation in awareness and thinking. From the base, with the present knowledge and ability, the working staffs of the post office have applied the technology and new science; have created in the determination to build the brand and the post office which is going to develop dramatically.
In the past years, the activities of the production and postal services, the post office has had the fast progress and resulted in the substantial achievements. However, the environment of competition has had many challenges that requires Nghia Hung post office to find out the methods to overcome.
To survive, Nghia Hung post office has to build appropriate business strategy e specially in the strategy of working staff. If this is done, Nghia Hung post office will reduce the short comings, the problem and will turn the challenges in to the chances to improve the competitive ability in the postal service products of the post office next time.
With the knowledge from the course and through the research, I am brave to fulfill the assessment of the levels of the satisfaction of the working staff at Nghia Hung post office. From the base, I will help Nghia Hung post office have the plan to build the policy in the personnel in order to meet the demand off the working people and build the working environment with solidarity, friendship in the development of competition and integration.
