Abstract: 過去對於企業資訊入口網站(Enterprise Information Portal,EIP)的研究主要是在EIP的建置與應用上,較少研究有關於使用者在使用EIP後所產生的效益。故本研究是以科技接受模式2 (Technology Acceptance Model 2 ,TAM2)為主,再加入DeLone and McLean(2003)所提出資訊系統成功模式中的資訊品質與系統品質兩個變數來探討影響企業資訊入口網站使用者滿意度的因素,來瞭解使用者在使用EIP後所帶來的工作成效,有助於提高企業整體內部效率,進而強化企業市場競爭力。本研究對象是針對國內某家大型商業銀行內部員工實施紙本問卷調查,共計回收有效樣本321份,在資料分析方面是採用結構方程模式中的部分最小平方法PLS (Partial Least Square)與層級迴歸分析法作為分析方法以驗證研究假設是否成立。本研究結果發現:(1)輸出品質、工作關聯性及結果展示性會正向影響EIP的使用者滿意度。(2)資訊品質、系統品質會正向影響EIP的使用者滿意度。(3)主觀規範會透過自願性的干擾效果而影響EIP的使用意圖。(4)認知易用性會透過認知有用性的中介效果而影響EIP的使用意圖。
In the past , the research of the Enterprise Information Portal (Enterprise Information Portal, EIP) is in Development and application of the EIP. There are only few studies about the users after use EIP are available on arising from the benefits of EIP. The purpose of this study is based on Technology Acceptance Model 2 (Technology Acceptance Model 2, TAM2) dominated, and then joined the two variables of information quality and system quality in the DeLone and McLean proposed Information systems success model in 2003 to explore factors of the user satisfaction of the EIP.To understand the user arising effectiveness of the work from the use of EIP and will help improve the overall internal efficiency of Enterprise, and enhancing market competitiveness. This study is aimed at internal staff of a large domestic commercial banks to implement paper questionnaire, a total of 321 valid samples were recovered, the data analysis is adopted to structural equation modeling based on partial least squares PLS (Partial Least Square) and hierarchical regression analysis as a method to verify the research assumptions. The results of this study are the following: (1)Output Quality, Job Relevance and Result Demonstrability showing the positive affect the User Satisfaction of EIP. (2) Information Quality, System Quality will positively affect the User Satisfaction of EIP. (3)Subjective Norms through interference effects of Voluntary affect the Intention to Use of the EIP. (4) Perceived Ease of use through the mediating effect of Perceived Usefulness affect the Intention to Use of EIP.
