Abstract: The main purpose of this study was to examine the user’s acceptance of E-learning applied in unversity education programs in Vietnam which detailed in four objectives:to identify what factors had significant influence on the behavioral intention of using E-learning; to examine how these factors influenced the behavioral intention of using E-learning; to examine how users were willing to accept using E-learning in Vietnamese universities; and to find out if there was significant difference in the behavioral intention of using E-learning and on other internal factors across demographic factors.
The research was conducted based on the well-known Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with extensions to employ for the analysis. Quantitative data of the questionnaire survey was gathered from Master in Information System Management 2 class (MIS2 class), teachers and students of Phuong Dong University and Ha noi Open University. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 14.0) was used for analyzing the collected data by a combination of statistical procedures.
