Abstract: Although a large volume of literature is available on e-Learning, the topic is still under development and offers potential opportunities for further research. This paper provided a 10-year review of studies in the field of e-Learning that were published from 1999 to 2008. This study cross analyzed by published years, journal, and research topic. It was found from the review of the 341 articles that “E-Learning Theory & Research”, “e-Learning system,” “Users’ behavior toward e-Learning”, “Evaluation & development” and “Cases & Application” were the most popular research topics. The results of the analysis provided insights for educators and researchers into research trends and patterns of researches in e-Learning.
