Abstract: Vocational training in Vietnam in general, and Technical Vocational School of Post Telecommunication and Informatics in particular now does not meet the labor needs of the market. It is said that to meet the industrialization process, there are changes required, especially changes in building training programs. DACUM is a development training program has many advantages and has been applied in many field in the world and in Viet Nam as well.
In 2007, Group Posts and Telecommunications of Viet Nam started building programs training basing on DACUM method in Technical Vocational School of Post Telecommunication and Informatics, and in 2009 began training as DACUM.
The main objective of this study as follows:
Study the factors affecting the benefits of using DACUM in Technical Vocational school of Post Telecommunication and Informatics in Vietnam
This study focuses on resolving the following questions: (1) To examine how system quality, information quality, and training influence users’ intention to use DACUM method in technical vocational training. (2) To explore how intention to use DACUM influence net benefit.
DeLone and McLean IS Success Model is used as a theoretical background of the study, and quantitative method is used to validate the proposed model. A survey was conducted and questionnaires were sent to teachers, trainers and administrators in Technical Vocational School of Post Telecommunication and Informatics at Vietnam. Software SPSS Package was used to analyze collected data.
The results provide evidence that factors including system quality, information quality, and DACUM training have contribution to the success of the implementation process at the Technical Vocational School of Post Telecommunication and Informatics, Vietnam.
