Abstract: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have recently affected strongly on every field in the society in Vietnam and education in particular. The achievements of information and communication technology made in recent years have impacted on the traditional teaching and learning ways.
With the support of information and communications technology that more and more factors based on that have significantly improved the learning effect of students. Factors based on information and communications technology in this study are factors: teachers, technology supporting and learning materials. They have direct impact on students and learning needs and learning effect is very high.
This research used quantitative researched method. Two survey samples were selected and conducted. The survey sample for teachers was collected by mail, the other sample made through the hard-copies for students. After data collection, data were coded, analyses by SPSS software to assess the factors influencing the E-learning effect of student learning. Thereby offering solutions to support student learning achieving more effective as E-learning.
