Title: 大學生性知識與性態度對其性行為影響之研究
The study of the sexual knowledge and attitude impacting on the sexual behavior of undergraduate students.

Abstract: 摘要

本研究為瞭解高雄地區公、私立大學日間部學生在性知識、性態度、性行為等方面的實
際情形,乃編製結構式問卷,並採用調查研究法,進行實徵性的調查研究。
其次,本研究採「兩階段隨機抽樣」,抽取所需的樣本數,以作為實徵研究的樣本,總計抽取了425份,實得有效樣本數416份,可用率為97.88%。
再者,本研究對於問卷調查所獲得的資料,係運用 SPSS for Windows 11.0 5版,以及LISREL進行資料的統計與分析,而所採用的統計方法包括:次數分配、平均數、標準差、因素分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關,以及結構方程模式等。

根據研究結果,歸納主要的研究發現,茲依序摘述如次:

一、不同背景之人口變項與性知識、性態度、性行為之差異考驗方面
(一)性知識方面,不同年級的大學生,在「性知識總層面」上有顯著差異,其中以三年級
的平均數最高。
(二)性態度方面,不同背景的大學生,在「性態度總層面」上,會因學院、年級、性別、
居住狀況、雙親感情,以及性資訊來源之不同,而有顯著差異。
(三)性行為方面,不同背景的大學生,在「性行為總層面」上,會因學院、年級、性別、
居住狀況,以及性資訊來源之不同,而有顯著差異。

二、性知識、性態度與性行為之相關分析方面
(一)性知識與性態度之間的相關,經考驗得知,其Pearson相關係數值為.205,達
P<.01之顯著檢定水準,且呈現正相關,顯示性知識與性態度間,有顯著的相關。
(二)性知識與性行為之間的相關,經考驗得知,其Pearson相關係數值為.174,達
P<.01之顯著檢定水準,且呈顯正相關,顯示性知識與性行為間,有顯著的相關。
(三)性態度與性行為之相關方面
性態度與性行為之間的相關,經考驗得知,其Pearson相關係數值為.425,達
P<.01之顯著檢定水準,且呈顯正相關,顯示性態度與性行為間,有顯著的相關。
三、性知識、性態度與性行為之結構方程模式分析方面
性知識、性態度與性行為之結構方程模式,經由分析路徑得知,性知識對性態度的影響係數為.30;而性知識對性行為的影響係數為.40;性態度對性行為的影響係數則是.033。據此可知,性知識對性行為的影響較大。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and sexual behavior of public and private university students in Kaohsiung area. We use structured questionnaire survey and survey research as our investigation tools.
We use two stage randomized sampling methods for investigation subjects selection. The total number of questionnaires collected are 425, and 416 questionnaires are used in analysis, with effective 97.88%.
The statistical analysis software we use include SPSS for Windows 11.05 version and LISREL. The analysis methods include: frequency ,distribution, mean, standard deviation, factor anal-
ysis, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and LISREL.

According to the study results, we find the following important conclusions:
A.The influences of epidemiological data on subjects’ sexual
knowledge, sexual attitude, and sexual behavior.
1.Subjects with different grades have different levels of sexual
knowledge, and subjects with third grade have highest level of
sexual knowledge.
2.The sexual attitude of subjects are influenced by their departments
,grades,gender,housing status, parents relationship, and resources
of sex information.
3.The sexual behavior of subjects are influenced by their departments
,grades, gender, housing status, and resources of sex information.

B. The association among sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and
sexual behavior using correlation analysis.
1.Sexual knowledge and sexual attitude have positive and significant
association with Pearson correlation coefficient 0.205 and p <0.01.
2.Sexual knowledge and sexual behavior have positive and significant
association with Pearson correlation coefficient 0.174 and p <0.01.
3.Sexual attitude and sexual behavior have positive and significant
association with Pearson correlation coefficient 0.425 and p <0.01.

C.The relationship among sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and
sexual behavior using Structural Equation Models analysis.
The path analysis of sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and sexual behavior using Structural Equation Models analysis show: sexual knowledge has influence on sexual attitude with influence coefficient 0.30; sexual knowledge has influence on sexual behavior with influen-
ce coefficient 0.40; sexual attitude has influence on sexual behavior with influence coefficient 0.33. Sexual knowledge has more influence on subjects’ sexual behavior.
